Honeycrisp:

See picture at right. It's an extremely flavorful blend of sweet and tart. Honeycrisp has large cells, which keeps it from oxidizing and turning brown too soon after being cut. Very crispy.  

Red and yellow skin, a sweet treat and a kid favorite. Makes a great dessert apple. See picture, second down, bin on the right.

A sweet apple with red skin that has faint white freckles. Similar to the Red Delicious flavor but with a harder texture.

Golden Delicious:

"Best apple in the world" -Michael Simon

The Golden has bright yellow skin with the classic sweet apple flavor. A versatile apple in the kitchen.

Red Delicious:

The classic American apple. Dark red skin, white flesh, tender texture. Don't miss the Reds when they're fresh off the tree.

Granny Smith:

Bright green, sometime blushed with red. Dense and tart. The best pie apple. See picture second down, bin on left. Also pictured last in column.
